Chinese Government Hacks Rolls-Royce, Shell

I told you Friday that the UK’s MI5 safety measure service sent some 1,000 letters to UK businesses warning of aggressive industrial espionage by China. Today, the Times of London reports that both Rolls-Royce and Royal Dutch Shell have been INFILTRATED BY HACKERS, and at

least one of sites launching the attacks is based inside Chinese government offices, according to Computing. Shell’s office in Houston, Texas (Shell is a UK-Dutch company), uncovered the recruitment of employees of Chinese origin with family still in China by the Chinese government to spy on Shell for China.
